Built for Builders

Named for Colby Trustee Emeritus Todd Halloran '84, the Halloran Lab is the entrepreneurial heart of Colby College — a launchpad where students transform ideas into impact.

Part of the Colby Labs ecosystem, we work across traditional academic boundaries to create an entrepreneurship ecosystem of alumni, faculty, staff, and community members, along with companies and organizations in Waterville and beyond.

Whether you're building a tech startup, a social enterprise, or just exploring a creative spark, the Halloran Lab meets you where you are with the tools, funding, and connections to move forward.
